What we collect
Contact details, location, timezone, languages, coaching background, qualifications and availability. Credential documents only if you are shortlisted.
Why we collect it
To review your application, verify your credentials and communicate with you about the network.
Who can see it
Only you and authorised CyA administrators. Applications and documents are never public.
How long we keep it
Proposed retention periods, awaiting final legal review: unfinished drafts 90 days, declined applications 6 months, withdrawn applications 30 days. Longer only where the law requires it or a request is outstanding.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your application, at any time.
Separate from the CyA app
This network is independent from the Claim Yourself app. Your applicant data is not shared with app user data.
